Duplicate Payments

After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are not applicable once work has started.
If you cancel before the project begins, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.
Any completed or delivered work is strictly non-refundable.
